(A) Prohibition. No outdoor radio or television antenna shall be constructed, erected, enlarged or altered within the city which does not conform to the requirements of this chapter.
(B) Permits. A written application for a permit to construct, erect, enlarge or alter any outdoor radio and/or television antenna shall be made to the City Administrator-Treasurer, and when the City Administrator-Treasurer deems necessary, the permit may be required to be accompanied by the proposed plans of construction for the antenna.
