(A) Definitions. Any terms used in this chapter and defined in M.S. § 169.011, as it may be amended from time to time, has the meaning given it by that section.
(B) Property. Property affected by this section shall be deemed to be the property located within the city limits of the city, more properly described as being the Burlington Northern Railroad bed and bridge beginning where State Trunk Highway 32 is located on the south boundary of the city to the railroad bridge crossing the Red Lake River on the northeastern comer of the city. This property is described in a deed dated July 28, 1989 and recorded in the office of the County Recorder October 3, 1989 in book 136 of records, page 19.
(C) Prohibited acts. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate any motor vehicle on the above described real estate with the exception of a snowmobile.
(D) Penalty. Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
