Refer to the state regulations regarding subsurface treatment systems set forth in the Minnesota Administrative Rules, Chapters 7080, 7082 and 7083 and M.S. §§ 115.55 to 115.58, as they may be amended from time to time. Before publication of this code of ordinances, the City Administrator- Treasurer shall mark at least one copy of the Pollution Control Agency Code as an official copy and file it in his or her office for use and examination.
