§ 52.04 WATER RATES.
   (A)   Rate schedule. The City Council shall by resolution adopt a utility rate schedule which shall be in § 39.01.
   (B)   Service charge. A $5 fee or a 1.5% penalty per month on the outstanding balance as referenced in the city’s fee schedule.
   (C)   Demand rate. The City Council shall by resolution adopt a utility demand rate schedule which shall assess various charges based on the size of the service. The utility rates shall be in a separate fee schedule.
