§ 3A.5 APPOINTMENT OF MANAGER; STAFF.
   (A)   The City Manager shall appoint the Airport Manager who shall be responsible for the enforcement of these regulations.
   (B)   Staff support for the Commission will be provided by the City Manager or the person appointed by the City Manager to serve as Airport Manager.
