The City of Red Bluff general and municipal election shall be consolidated with and held on the same day as the state-wide general election. The time in which to file as a candidate for the general and municipal election shall be the same as that for statewide general elections. Elected candidates will take office on the fourth Tuesday after the date of the general election.
