(A) Stacked parking or spaces stacked two deep may be permitted for all uses when approved by the Technical Advisory Committee.
(B) Drive-through window sales may be permitted or permitted with a use permit for those uses in those certain districts as shown herein, provided the Technical Advisory Committee approves the parking configuration, not more than 20% of the total required off-street spaces are included in the drive-through aisle and the stacked parking is not located in required parking aisles or conflict with access to or use of any other required off-street parking.
(C) The percentage of spaces which can be provided as stacked or drive-through spaces may be increased or decreased by the Technical Advisory Committee based on traffic safety, circulation, landscaping and other related regulations and amenities.
