§ 25.222 PARKING IN FRONT OR STREET SIDE YARD SETBACKS.
   Parking spaces, as required by this chapter, shall not be located in any front or street side yard setback, except the Community Development Director or designee may approve the spaces when unique land use, locational, environmental, topographic or other conditions are found to occur.
