(A) Required parking for commercial or industrial uses is based on the type of use and must be located on the same lot as the activity served or, if secured with a long-term lease or parking agreement, within 300 feet of the lot served.
(B) Residential parking must be located on the same lot as the residential unit(s) for which the parking is intended.
