(A) This district is to be applied to certain properties which are easily and readily accessed from an Interstate 5 interchange and that are designated “C” on the land use diagram of the city general plan. It is intended that this classification be applied so that limited traveler oriented uses can be provided at convenient locations.
(B) The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “FC” in the chart marked “commercial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.79 shall apply in all F-C districts.
