(A) It is intended that this district classification be applied in areas suitable for complete retail business and service to serve a residential community that are designated “C” on the land use diagram of the city general plan.
(B) The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “C-2” in the chart marked “commercial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.79 shall apply in all C-2 districts.
