(A) It is intended that this district classification be applied to properties which are deemed suitable to serve residential areas with convenient and appropriately scaled shopping and service facilities and that are designated “C” on the land use diagram of the city general plan.
(B) The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “C-1” in the chart marked “commercial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.79 shall apply in all C-1 districts.
