NOTES TO TABLE:

1. The minimum sideyard setback shall be 5 feet. Add three feet for each story above the first. Additionally, an unobstructed access route from a street or alley to the rear yard shall be provided. Such access route shall be 10’- 0’’ wide (minimum) and provide 14’ - 0’’ (minimum) of clear area measured vertically above grade for vehicle access from the street to the rear yard. Side and rear yard setbacks for detached accessory buildings are 3’ minimum (See § 25.192).

2. Generally two covered spaces per dwelling unit. See
Article XXIII, Off-street parking and loading.

3. Fifty feet from the street centerline or 20 feet from property line, whichever is greater.

4. Front yard minimum is ten feet where vehicular access is from alley, 20 feet otherwise.

5. Front and street side yards to be landscaped.

6. All non-surfaced or building coverage areas shall be landscaped.
