§ 25.51 COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN REVIEW GUIDELINES.
   Multi-family housing and nonresidential development in R-3 and R-4 districts shall comply with the design review guidelines adopted by resolution of the City Council in accordance with Chapter 7 of this code. All development proposed in HR districts shall comply with the design review guidelines adopted by resolution of the City Council in accordance with Chapter 7 of this code.
