§ 24.45 PROCEDURE FOR PERSONS OWNING POOLS PRIOR TO THESE REGULATIONS; GENERALLY.
   All persons who have an existing pool at the time of the effective date of this article shall, in lieu of a permit, notify the Building Inspector of the existing installation. Failure to give the notice shall be a violation of this code.
