§ 24.37 RIGHT OF APPEAL FROM DECISION OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   (A)   Whenever the Director of Public Works shall reject any plan or specification submitted hereunder or issue an order requiring compliance or revoke a permit required by this article the person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal to the City Council.
   (B)   The decision of the City Council with respect to the appeal shall be final.
