§ 24.36 REVOCATION OF PERMITS UPON FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   (A)   In the event of failure or upon refusal of the permit holder under this article to comply as ordered, the Director of Public Works shall revoke the permit.
   (B)   Upon a showing of hardship or other circumstances warranting the action, the Director of Public Works shall have the authority to grant an extension.
