§ 24.21 METER READING TIME; BILLING TIME.
   The water meters shall be read on an every other month basis until such time as the water system is completely metered at which time meters shall be read monthly. Upon the completion of meter reading, bills for monthly service shall be mailed as soon thereafter as possible.
