§ 2.68-1 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   Purchases of supplies, services and equipment in amounts of $60,000 or greater, and of public works projects in amounts of $200,000 or greater, shall be by written contract with the lowest responsible bidder, pursuant to the formal bid procedures specified hereinbelow.
