§ 2.66-1 POSITION ESTABLISHED; APPOINTED BY CITY MANAGER.
   There is hereby created the position of Purchasing Officer who shall be appointed by the City Manager. The Purchasing Officer shall be responsible for the administration of the city’s purchasing system. The duties of Purchasing Officer may be combined with those of any other office or position.
