§ 2.63 APPLICABILITY; EXCEPTION; CONFLICTS WITH STATE AND/OR FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.
   Whenever the requirements of state and/or federal statutes, rules, regulations or agreements for the funding of city purchasing projects conflict with the provisions of this article or purchasing policies or procedures adopted pursuant to it, the state or federal requirements shall prevail.
