§ 2.59 ORGANIZATION; RULES, RECORDS.
   The Commission shall annually appoint the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson and adopt rules for the transaction of business. The Community Development Director or his/her designee shall serve as the Secretary of the Planning Commission and shall keep a public record of all Planning Commission resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.
