§ 19.21 VIOLATIONS; ABATEMENT THEREOF.
   (A)   Any violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as such.
   (B)   Any building or structure erected or constructed in violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a public nuisance and may be caused to be removed by the City Council at the expense of the owner thereof.
