§ 2.56 TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.
   Members of the Commission shall be appointed by the City Council, who may consider recommendations of the Commission members. Appointments shall be made subject to the following provisions:
   (A)   The terms of all Commissioners shall be for three years and shall expire on December 31.
   (B)   A vacancy on the Commission shall occur when any member dies, resigns or is removed.
