§ 2.55 COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall consist of five members to be appointed by the City Council.
   (B)   The City Council may, by resolution, appoint advisory members who shall be city officers, employees or members of the City Council. The advisory members shall have no vote.
