(A) Violations and discrepancies are identified and evaluated to determine the degree of enforcement activity required.
(B) Violations are defined as follows. These are not inclusive.
(1) Discharge without a permit;
(2) Failure to install or maintain spill containment equipment;
(3) Failure to install or maintain required monitoring equipment, i.e., pH meters, EC/TDS meters and recording equipment and the like;
(4) Failure to install any required pretreatment equipment;
(5) Failure to install or maintain required rainwater diversion equipment;
(6) Refusing access to facility;
(7) Failure to allow timely entry;
(8) Failure to provide access to records by authorized personnel;
(9) Failure to comply with any correction notice;
(10) Violation of other miscellaneous permit or code requirements;
(11) Discharge of prohibited wastes;
(12) Unapproved industrial activity;
(13) Intentional illegal discharges; and
(14) Severe violation of Pretreatment Program.
