(A) The Parks and Recreation Commission shall hold and conduct regular meetings at City Hall on the second Tuesday of each and every calendar month and may adjourn the meetings from time to time as necessary or desired.
(B) The regular meetings shall be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, 555 Washington Street, Red Bluff, California.
(C) Regular meetings of the Parks and Recreation Commission may be cancelled by posting and distributing advance notice thereof in compliance with California Government Code §§ 54954.1 and 54954.2.
