§ 13.79 DESIGNATED SPACES IN OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES; DISPLAY OF VEHICLE PLACARD OR PLATE; REMOVAL OF VEHICLE NOT IN COMPLIANCE.
   The Traffic Safety Committee of the city may also recommend stalls or spaces in any off-street parking facility owned or operated by the city for exclusive use of disabled persons. Where the off-street parking facilities have designated parking stalls for disabled persons, appropriate signs shall be erected as provided by California Vehicle Code § 22511.8 and vehicles which are parked in designated areas which do not display one of the distinguishing placards or license plates specified in that section may be removed therefrom in the manner set forth in that section.
