For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DISABLED PERSONS. Those persons described in California Vehicle Code § 22511.5 and whose vehicles which display a distinguishing license plate or a placard issued pursuant to California Vehicle Code § 22511.5 or disabled veterans, as specified in California Vehicle Code § 9105.
