The designated disabled parking spaces shall be marked and signed in accordance with the following requirements:
(A) Fainting a profile view of a wheelchair with occupant in white on a blue background on the ground in the space; and (The profile view shall be located so that it is visible when a vehicle is properly parked in the space.)
(B) Posting, immediately adjacent to and visible from each space, a sign consisting of a profile view of a wheelchair with occupant in white on a blue background.
