(A) When signs are in place at all entrances of a shopping center giving notice of the provisions hereof, it shall be unlawful for a driver of any vehicle to park it or allow it to remain parked upon the parking lot within the city except while the driver or the occupants of the vehicle are patronizing a store or business of the shopping center.
(B) When signs are in place at all entrances of a shopping center giving notice of the provisions hereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to be or remain upon the parking lot within the city, except while crossing the lot in the course of entering or exiting a store or business at the shopping center or while exiting, entering or being in a vehicle whose driver or occupant is patronizing a store or business of the shopping center.
