§ 13.45 TRAFFIC BUREAU GENERALLY.
   (A)   There is hereby created within the Police Department a section to be known as the Traffic Bureau.
   (B)   The Traffic Bureau shall be under the jurisdiction of the Chief of Police of the city and shall perform the functions and duties set out in this division and other functions and duties as the City Council shall from time to time assign to it.
