§ 13.38 SIGNS AND MARKINGS REQUIRED ON CERTAIN PARKING LOTS.
   (A)   The Director of the California Department of Transportation shall cause signs to be erected in each of the parking lots described in this division, designating the entrances and exits of the lots, and shall indicate by appropriate markings on the pavement the flow and direction of traffic within the lots.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or leave the lots other than at the points designated by entrance and exit signs or to drive or operate his or her vehicle in a direction counter to the flow or direction of traffic as designated on the pavements of the lots.
