§ 13.29 PARKING TIME LIMIT ZONES.
   The following portions of streets within the city are hereby established as parking time limit zones:
   (A)   Twenty-minute parking zones.
      (1)   The north 150 feet of the east side of the 700 block of Jefferson Street;
      (2)   The south side of the 400 block of Walnut Street lying west of the alley;
      (3)   The north 100 feet of the west side of the 500 block of Washington Street.
   (B)   Two-hour parking zones.
      (1)   Both sides of the 600, 700, 800 and 900 blocks of Main Street;
      (2)   Both sides of the 600 and 700 blocks of Washington Street;
      (3)   The north side of the 500 block of Pine Street, lying east of the alley;
      (4)   The west side of the 700 block of Jefferson Street for a distance of 110 feet north of the north line of Pine Street;
      (5)   Both sides of the 200 and 300 blocks of Walnut Street;
      (6)   The north side of the 400 block of Walnut Street;
      (7)   The south side of the 400 block of Walnut Street lying east of the alley;
      (8)   The median parking within the 300 block of Pine Street;
      (9)   The north side of Antelope Boulevard between Main Street and Rio Street;
      (10)   The 300 block of Oak Street;
      (11)   Parking Lot “B” (at the corner of Washington and Pine Streets), except for the southern most parking row that adjoins Pine Street.
   (C)   Enforcement.
      (1)   Hours of enforcement for the 20 minute and two hour parking zones will be Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
      (2)   The 20 minute and two hour parking zones will be patrolled and enforced by the City Police Department by tire marking and/or other means of enforcement.
      (3)   Removing the tire mark by means of washing and/or rubbing for the purpose of avoiding a citation will be punishable by a fine of $25 and may be imposed in addition to the parking violation fine of $36 for a total fine of $61.
      (4)   All vehicles utilizing the 20 minute and/or two-hour parking spaces must vacate the parking space for a period of not less than 15 minutes before a new parking time period will commence. Violators will be cited and the parking violation fine imposed.
