§ 13.20-2 VALET PARKING ZONES.
   (A)   The City Council may by resolution, upon written application by the owners and/or lessees of restaurants located within the city, designate portions of public streets as valet parking zones to be used by designated restaurants for valet parking.
   (B)   The resolution shall specify the name of the restaurant which shall make use of the valet parking, the location and number of valet parking spaces granted for each valet parking zone and shall further specify the time of day during which the spaces may be used as valet parking.
   (C)   The valet parking spaces in each zone shall be designated by the placement of meter posts signs at each space indicating the time of day during which valet parking is permitted and allowing two-hour parking when the spaces are not authorized to be used as valet parking.
   (D)   (1)   The valet parking zones may be modified or terminated at any time upon resolution by the City Council and upon giving the applicant restaurant owner or lessee notice of the intent to modify or terminate the valet parking zones.
      (2)   The notice shall be given at least 30 days prior to the City Council hearing on the resolution, shall give the time and place at which the resolution shall be heard by the City Council and shall indicate that the owner or lessee will be given a chance to be heard at that time.
