§ 13.12-2 VEHICULAR TRAFFIC RESTRICTED IN DESIGNATED CITY PARKS.
   (A)   No vehicle, trailer, or part thereof shall be operated within or shall park at any location wthin the Dog Island Park or Forward Park between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. of the following day.
   (B)   No vehicle, trailer, or part thereof shall be operated within or shall park at any location within the Samuel Ayer Park at any time.
   (C)   No vehicle, trailer, or part thereof shall park at any location within the boat ramp at River Park except in the designated parking spots at any time.
