The Director of the California Department of Transportation shall cause to be placed in the appropriate places as may be directed from time to time by the City Council appropriate signs to designate limitations upon the right to turn at or within an intersection. Limitations upon turning at or within intersections shall contain the words “No U-Turn,” “No Left Turn” or “No Right Turn.”
