(A) The Director of the California Department of Transportation shall mark or cause to be marked lanes for pedestrian traffic by connecting the property lines across the streets and by connecting the curblines across the streets where the streets are paved their entire width.
(B) All pedestrians are prohibited from being upon the street intersection enclosed by the inside line of the lanes.
