§ 13.4 ONE-WAY ALLEYWAYS AND ONE-WAY STREETS ENUMERATED; ERECTION OF SIGNS.
   (A)   (1)   The portion of the alleyway lying between Main Street and Rio Street from Elm Street on the south to Antelope Boulevard on the north is hereby declared to be a one-way alleyway in the northerly direction and that the alleyway lying between Main Street and Rio Street from Antelope Boulevard on the south to Hickory Street on the north is hereby declared to be a one-way alleyway in the southerly direction.
      (2)   The portion of the alleyway lying between Main Street and Washington Street from Elm Street on the south and Hickory Street on the north is hereby declared to be a one-way alleyway and all vehicular traffic traveling thereon shall proceed in a northerly direction. Vehicles loading or unloading in the alleyway shall, whenever practicable, stop on the westerly side of the alleyway.
      (3)   The portion of Elm Street lying from Jackson Street to Lincoln Street is hereby declared to be a one-way street in the westbound direction.
   (B)   (1)   The portion of “old” Main Street lying between Douglas Street on the north and Crittenden Street on the south is hereby declared to be a one-way street and all vehicular traffic traveling thereon shall proceed in a southerly direction.
      (2)   The portion of “old” Main Street lying between Breckenridge Street on the south to its intersection with Main Street on the north is hereby declared to be a one-way street and all vehicular traffic traveling thereon shall proceed in a southerly direction.
   (C)   The Director of the California Department of Transportation shall cause appropriate signs to be erected at the entrances of the alleyways and streets referred to in this section.
