§ 13.1 LOAD LIMIT ON MONROE AVENUE ESTABLISHED.
   The maximum permissible load limit on Monroe Avenue from Walnut Street to State Highway 36 shall be ten tons for all vehicles or combinations of vehicles. The ten-ton load limit shall be the gross load of vehicle and its cargo.
