§ 9A.6 SUSPENSION; GROUNDS.
   Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended for good cause by the Health Officer. Good cause, for the purpose of this section, shall mean a violation of the provisions of applicable state law and regulations promulgated thereunder.
