§ 6B.61 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The City Manager, TAC or their designee(s) charged with enforcing the provisions of this code may enter the location of a commercial cannabis business at any time during regular business hours, without notice, and inspect the interior and exterior of the premises and real property, including but not limited to any structure thereon.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to impede, obstruct, interfere with, or otherwise not to allow city officials to conduct an inspection, review and/or copy records, as required by this chapter, this code and/or state law. It is also unlawful for any person to conceal, destroy, deface, damage, or falsify any records, recordings or other documents required to be maintained by a commercial cannabis business pursuant to this chapter, this code or state law.
   (C)   A cannabis storefront retailer shall be subject to a mandatory annual inspection, during regular business hours and without notice, to ensure compliance with the provisions of this code.
