Permittees and responsible persons shall be responsible for violations of this chapter, code and the laws of the state whether committed by the permittee, or any employee or agent of the permittee and which violations occur on the premises of the commercial cannabis business whether or not said violations occur within the permit holder’s presence. Any act or omission of any employee constituting a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed the act or omission of the permittee or responsible person, for purposes of determining whether the permit shall be revoked, suspended, or not renewed, pursuant to this chapter.
