§ 6A.3 DEALER PERMITS.
   (A)   Dealer permits shall be issued by the Chief of Police, upon payment of a $5 annual fee, and no person under 21 years of age shall be issued a permit. The Chief of Police may deny or revoke dealers’ permits, with the action to be subject to appeal to the City Council at its next meeting upon written request. Dealers’ permits shall be valid only at the place designated on the permit.
   (B)   The application for permit shall contain:
      (1)   Complete physical description;
      (2)   Fingerprints;
      (3)   Photo;
      (4)   A disclosure of any criminal record; and
      (5)   A written request by the card room license holder and verification that the person is to be employed by him or her.
