§ 8.21 VERY HIGH FIRE SEVERITY ZONE DESIGNATION AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARD.
   (A)   § 4904.3 of the 2022 California Fire Code is hereby added to read as follows:
      (1)   New structures, including decks and patio covers, located in the very high fire hazard severity zone as designated on the City of Red Bluff Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone Map and on file in the office of the city building official shall comply with Chapter 7A of the California Building Code and Chapter 49 of the California Fire Code.
