§ 13.100 DESIGNATION OF TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   The Technical Advisory Committee shall have authority to temporarily close a portion of any city street or parking area to accommodate celebrations, parades, local special events, and other purposes when deemed necessary for the safety and protection of persons who are to use the affected portions of city streets or parking areas during the temporary closure.
