A certain document being marked and designated as the “Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings,” 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted by reference as the “Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings of the city,” except as amended in § 5.1 and in Article VI of this chapter.
