(A) A certain document being marked and designated as the “Uniform Sign Code,” 1997 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials is adopted by reference as the sign code of the city, except as amended in § 5.1 and in Articles V and VI of this chapter.
(B) The Uniform Sign Code adopted in this section can be referred to in this code of ordinances as the “Sign Code.”
