The City Council shall adopt fees for administering construction permits, plan review, inspections, violations and related activities of the Community Development Department. The fees shall be fixed from time to time by resolution or by executive order, as specified by ordinance or resolution. The fees, adopted pursuant to this section, shall supersede the fee tables and formulas contained in the model construction codes adopted in this chapter.
