§ 5.3 THIS CHAPTER.
   (A)   Article I of this chapter contains general provisions.
   (B)   Articles II and III adopt, by reference, codes and standards intended to supplement other local, state and federal regulations controlling development and use of private property.
   (C)   Article IV contains miscellaneous regulations dealing with violations. These provisions are intended to supplement those dealing with violations found elsewhere in the city code.
   (D)   Article V establishes a procedure for adopting permit, plan review, inspection and other related fees by resolution.
   (E)   Article VI contains miscellaneous amendments to the codes adopted by reference in this chapter.
